note that not all garlic produces bulbs that are similar in size....what
may be classified as large for one certain variety may be small for another.
While some growers claim "extra-large", or "select" sizes,
at Granny's Garlic, we always ship only the best seed stock we produce.

Italian Gourmet.....Our Finest Garlic

| This porcelain hardneck beauty is quite likely the best garlic out there
(at least we think so!) It is hot....but not overpowering. A
real chef's delight! |
| An excellent garlic for raw eating and in pesto, salsa, etc. |
| A superb garlic powder is obtained by grinding this garlic. |
| It produces about 6 large cloves per bulb. Easy to peel. |
Polish Hardneck

for 7-9 months, better than most hardneck varieties. |

E-Z Peel
